Let’s meet this delightfully delicious crochet candy corn.

This pattern is very quick and fun to make out of scrap yarn, and it’s a perfect choice for fall decorations.

This free pattern is perfect for beginners! Start with a magic ring and then increase gradually, work a few rounds without increasing, then make a round in a back loop, and then a few rounds of decrease until the end.

All you need to make this pattern is to know how to make a single crochet and how to increase and decrease and how to change between colors.

Abbreviations

Sc – single crochet X
Inc – increase V
Dec – decrease A

Note: working in spiral unless indicated differently in the instruction. For spiral crocheting, use invisible decrease stitch.

Body

Start with yellow color yarn.

Round 1: 21 ch, 19 sc, 3 sc into the last stitch, 18 sc into the other side of the chain space, 2 sc into the last stitch
