Attach the stalk to the top middle of the apple.
Leaf
Round 1: using color C, ch 9, sc 8 starting in the second ch from the hook, sc 8 on the other side of the chain (16)
Round 2: (1 sc, 2 hdc, 2 dc, 2 hdc, 1 sc) * 2 (16)
Fasten off leaving a long tail for attaching.
Attach the leaf just behind the stalk on the top.
Face Details
Mouth: using color D, make a diagonal stitch up across row 11 and 12, 2 sts wide, with the bottom of the st aligning with the middle of the eye. Add another small stitch across the top for the dimple.
Eyebrows: using color D, make a diagonal st downwards across row 19, 2 sts wide, with the top of the st aligning with the middle of the eye.
Cheeks: using color F, make a diagonal st upward in row 14, 1 st wide, 1 st away from the outer corner of the eye, go over the same st 5 times.
Eyes: using color E, make a stitch around the outer corner of each eye.
