
Crochet bows are fun to make and often work up quickly. They are great to use on other crochet projects and they can also be a nice addition to a hair tie, clips for all ages, or a headband.

- 2.5 mm crochet hook
- Cotton yarn (Schachenmayr Catania “Original”)
- Red (#115)
- White (#106)
- Stuffing
- Yarn needle

Bow
Use red (131) yarn.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: sc around [6]
Rnd 3: (sc, inc) x3 [9]
Rnd 4: sc around [9]
Rnd 5: (2 sc, inc) x3 [12]
Rnd 6-7: sc around [12]
Rnd 8: (dec, 2 sc) x3 (9)
Rnd 9: (dec, sc) x3 [6]
Rnd 10: (sc, inc) x3 [9]
Rnd 11: (2 sc, inc) x3 [12]
Rnd 12-13: sc around [12]
Rnd 14: (dec, 2 sc) x3 [9]

Don’t stuff the bow (fig 1). Invisible fasten off.

White small bow: ch 20, join with sist in first chain st (pic 2).
Cut the yarn, leave a long tail.
Wrap the tail around the bow as show on photo 3.
Then lay the white small bow on the red bow and wrap the tail around to secure two bows together (pic 4, 5).
Make 3 knots, cut the tails and hide them in red bow.


Lace: ch 70. Fasten off.

Pull the lace through the bow as show on pic 6.
